Oriental Energy (Ningbo) New Material Co.,Ltd. manufactures full-spectrum virgin polypropylene resins based on advanced Innovene production technology and integrated PDH upstream supply chain. The five featured PP grades cover homopolymer fiber, raffia flat yarn, block impact copolymer and random copolymer thin-wall injection types, forming a well-structured portfolio for nonwoven, woven packaging, automotive, home appliance and food contact packaging sectors. Strict batch testing on melt flow rate, mechanical performance, ash content and foreign speck control guarantees consistent quality for global converters, compounders and injection molders.
PPH Y40 is a high-flow homopolymer spinning grade with MFR around 40 g/10min. It features narrow molecular weight distribution, low oligomer and low extractable substance, stable melt rheology and excellent high-speed spinnability. The resin minimizes yarn breakage during continuous extrusion, lessens volatile deposition on spinnerets, and is widely adopted for spunbond nonwovens, hygiene substrates and fine denier staple fiber production. It is preferred by nonwoven manufacturers pursuing stable output and low odor final products.
PPH T03 is classic raffia flat yarn homopolymer PP with MFR approx 3 g/10min. Characterized by high crystallinity, outstanding tensile tenacity and good environmental stress cracking resistance, this grade is optimized for flat tape extrusion. The finished flat yarn delivers high breaking strength, low elongation and uniform surface without black specks, perfectly matching woven sack, geotextile, baling tape and heavy-duty woven packaging production. Its wide processing window supports steady operation on conventional flat yarn extrusion lines with low scrap ratio.
PPH Y381H, another flagship fiber-grade homopolymer PP (MFR 38 g/10min), is well known in hygiene and medical nonwoven markets. Compared with Y40, it balances spinnability and tensile strength for spunbond fabrics used in baby diapers, sanitary napkins, protective coveralls and medical isolation materials. It maintains stable fiber forming under long-run high-speed spinning, and meets strict organoleptic and impurity requirements for healthcare-related nonwoven substrates.
K8009 is PP block impact copolymer, MFR 9 g/10min, designed for injection molding. It achieves a balanced combination of rigidity, room and low-temperature notched impact resistance and good flowability. Unlike low-flow impact PP grades, its moderate melt flow enables molding of thin-wall complex structural parts. Typical applications include automotive interior trims, home appliance housings, battery cases, storage bins and plastic furniture. It is also popular as high-quality base resin for downstream PP compounding.
MN70 (PPR MN70) is high-flow ethylene random copolymer PP, MFR 70 g/10min, developed exclusively for high-speed thin-wall injection molding. The grade brings superior transparency, low haze, low yellow index and low odor, complying with food-contact specifications. Fast melt filling and short cycle time raise production efficiency for disposable food containers, microwaveable packaging, yogurt cups, beverage lids and cosmetic packaging. It helps converters realize lightweight thin-wall packaging while keeping sufficient stiffness and heat resistance.
Each grade is supplied in standard 25kg bags, with COA, MSDS and technical data sheet available upon request. Oriental Energy provides professional polymer technical support, helping customers select proper grades, adjust extrusion or injection parameters and optimize finished part performance according to end-use requirements.
