Oriental Energy (Ningbo) New Material: High-Stability Virgin PP Granules for Packaging, Auto & Nonwoven Production

Oriental Energy (Ningbo) New Material Co.,Ltd. operates advanced Innovene polypropylene production lines backed by integrated PDH upstream supply, delivering consistent virgin PP plastic granules to global converters, compounders and injection molders. Its full-spectrum PP portfolio is structured into three core categories: homopolymer PP, random copolymer PP and impact copolymer PP, with tightly controlled molecular weight distribution, low foreign particle count and stable melt flow to reduce downstream processing fluctuation and scrap rate.

Fiber-grade homopolymer S2040 remains its flagship spinning grade. Formulated with low oligomer and low extractable content, it features outstanding spinnability under high-speed extrusion, minimal yarn breakage and low odour, widely adopted for spunbond nonwovens, hygiene nonwoven fabrics and fine denier staple fiber. For impact copolymer series, K8003 (MFR 2.5 g/10min) provides balanced rigidity and low-temperature impact resistance, ideal for heavy-duty containers, pallets and general structural injection parts; K8009, with higher melt flow, targets automotive interior trims, appliance housings and modified base resin, supporting thin-wall complex part molding and shortening cycle time.

The random copolymer grade MN70 is engineered for transparent thin-wall food packaging. It achieves high clarity, low yellow index and compliant food-contact performance, suitable for disposable food containers, beverage lids and microwave-safe packaging. The site also continuously develops custom specialty grades, including high-transparency PPR MT26CL and high-impact high-flow PPB MP15 / MP28 dedicated for automotive lightweight and large home appliance components.

All batches go through laboratory validation covering MFR, tensile strength, flexural modulus, notched impact and thermal ageing test before release. The in-house QA lab implements continuous online process monitoring, while standardized 25kg bag packaging, bulk shipment arrangements and dedicated polymer technical support help overseas buyers optimize formulation, molding parameters and final product performance.
